Stéphane Gagnon has been part of the Quebec cultural landscape for more than twenty years. Since his beginnings in the popular show Watatow, he then played under the direction of many directors. After the series Marguerite Volant, the roles follow one another ; Rumeurs, Minuit le soir, La promesse, C.A and of course Toute la vérité. For many years, he played investigator Dupuis in the well known soap opera Mémoires Vives on ICI Radio-Canada. In addition, he has been part of the cast of Mémoires Vives on ICI Radio-Canada since 2016.

On stage, he embodies almost twenty roles, notably Tristan, in Tristan et Yseult directed by Alice Ronfard at the TNM, Clifford Bradshaw in Cabaret under the direction of Denise Filiatrault and Pierre, in Pierre, Marie…et le démon by Nicolas Gendron, at the Théâtre des Cascades. In 2021, we saw him in the series L'oeil du cyclone, Bête noire, Le 422 and Doute raisonnable. He is also part of the casts of Motel Paradis and Sorcières.
