Vincent Paquette is an actor, writer, and director, and a graduate of the Conservatoire d’art dramatique de Québec in 2020. Immediately after graduating, he directed the short film Vie de rêve, which received the Filmmakers’ Creation Grant from the Québec City Film Festival. His most recent film, Cerises au marasquin, is being shown at around ten international festivals between 2023 and 2025.

On stage, he has performed in Québec and Montreal in several notable productions. He played the title role in Le garçon de la dernière rangée at Théâtre Périscope and La Licorne, a performance awarded the Prix Nicky-Roy, given to a promising actor. He also appeared in ROYAL by Jean-Philippe Baril-Guérard at Théâtre Duceppe, under the direction of Jean-Simon Traversy and Virginie Brunelle, a role for which he received the Duceppe Rising Star Award. On screen, he played a leading role in the series Banni (TV5 / UnisTV), directed by Maxime Beauchamp, earning him a Gémeaux Award nomination. As a writer and director, he created Méthadone Bertrand, a dark comedy praised by critics, presented to sold-out audiences at La Licorne and La Bordée during the 2025–2026 season.
