A graduate of the Conservatoire d’art dramatique de Québec, Ariel quickly made her mark on the stage, taking part in several Théâtre Kata creations, including Doggy dans gravel, Pisser debout sans lever sa jupe, and Made in Beautiful (La Belle Province). Her performance in the latter earned her the Paul-Hébert Award. Ariel has also appeared in Sauver des vies by Pascale Renaud-Hébert, Du sang by Michi, as well as Le vrai monde ? by Michel Tremblay, Je me soulève, and L’éveil by David Paquet. More recently, she was seen solo on stage in S’aimer ben paquetée by Cristina Moscini, a monologue she performed and toured across the province. She was also part of the cast of Le Show beige at La Licorne and L’amour ou rien at Espace Go. This year, she will take part in the stage adaptation of Kev Lambert’s novel Querelle de Roberval, which will tour throughout Quebec.

Ariel is also the creator behind the Instagram and Facebook account Elle fait du lipsync, now bearing her own name. Building on the success of this project—with over a hundred lip-sync videos and various television collaborations—she integrated the process into her web series Sur la trace, presented on TVA+, in which she plays the lead role. The series won the Olivier Award for Best Web Series in 2024.

On both the small and big screens, Ariel has stood out in the series Léo as well as in Niagara, the latest film by Guillaume Lambert. She was also part of the cast of Chloé Robichaud’s feature film Les jours heureux, released in 2023. Audiences can also see her in seasons 2 and 3 of Temps de chien and in the web series Échouées.

Alongside her theatre work, Ariel also works as a choreographer, lends her voice to commercials and narrations, and shared the microphone on Rouge FM as part of Phil Roy’s show during the summer of 2024.
