A Quebec City native, Romy Bouchard graduated from the Professional Theatre Program at Collège Lionel-Groulx (2019) and holds a certificate in creative writing from UQAM (2022). Versatile and driven by an approach centered on movement, she also trained in traditional theatre in India.

On screen, she has made numerous appearances in major television series, notably featuring in the daily drama Indéfendable, as well as in Dumas, Libre dès maintenant, and Avant le crash.

On stage, she has performed in several major venues across Montreal, playing Camille in Ah, ta yeule l'obscurité! at Théâtre de Quat'Sous and Rosalie in the stage adaptation of Royal, presented by Compagnie Jean Duceppe. Active in the studio, she regularly contributes to dubbing projects (including Jurassic World: Rebirth) and lends her voice to the podcast Hantées (Transistor Media).
