Sam-Éloi Girard has been a familiar face on Quebec screens for more than fifteen years. Audiences first discovered him in Les Argonautes, before seeing him take on roles in series such as Conseils de famille, La vie compliquée de Léa Olivier, L'Échappée, Le Bonheur, Détox, Les Bracelets rouges, Indéfendable, Doute raisonnable, Emprises, Avant qu'on m'oublie, Je te tiens, and Liam. Since 2023, he has portrayed Seb in the series Lakay Nou. His most recent projects also include Sur le fil, the web series Dégage, as well as an appearance on Hors Réseau.

Alongside his acting career, Sam-Éloi has hosted MAJ, l'actualité pour les jeunes on ICI Radio-Canada since 2019, a project that has earned him several Gémeaux Award nominations in the Best Host for Digital Media category.

His acting work has also been recognized by the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television. After winning a Gémeaux Award in 2023 for his role in Détox, he went on to receive two more awards in 2025: Best Supporting Actor in a Youth Program for Liam and Best Supporting Actor in an Original Production for Digital Media for Détox.
